Kesaun Austin advises founders, management teams, and boards on high-stakes corporate decisions and organizational challenges.

At K13, he leads engagements spanning corporate strategy mandates, operational transformation, governance matters, and capital markets situations.

Prior to K13, Kesaun spent half a decade at Bloomberg LP as a Senior Shareholder Activism Analyst, where he led coverage in Asia-Pacific across five markets and covered over 1,000 shareholder activism campaigns in the region. He also consulted at Longacre Square Partners, advising directors and senior investment professionals on governance and contested M&A situations.
